When PTC planned its participation at Aero India 2025 in Bengaluru, the opportunity was clear — but so were the constraints. The brief came in late, premium stall spaces were almost sold out, and the project had to be delivered within a limited budget for an event of this scale and visibility.

Thumb360 stepped in to manage the engagement end to end, helping PTC and its channel partners — Cadopt, Sonepar, and MicroGenesis — establish a strong, professionally coordinated presence at one of India’s most significant aerospace and defence industry platforms.

Overview
  • Client: PTC
  • Event: Aero India 2025
  • Location: Bengaluru
  • Stall Size: 64 sq. m.
  • Scope: End-to-end exhibition management, design, coordination and execution
The Challenge

PTC wanted to participate in Aero India 2025 alongside its channel partners, but the project came with several layers of complexity.

First, the engagement began very late in the event cycle. By then, most exhibition slots had already been sold, and any available space would get booked almost immediately. The team had to move with exceptional speed and agility just to secure the stall space.

Second, the budget was extremely constrained relative to the scale and importance of the event. The solution had to look credible, premium and partner-friendly without overshooting commercial limits.

Third, the project was not a simple single-brand exhibition build. PTC’s presence had to be designed and managed along with Cadopt, Sonepar and MicroGenesis, which meant balancing brand visibility, partner integration, approval workflows and content coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Finally, the commercial structure itself added complexity. Instead of a direct payment model, the total project cost had to be divided equally among the partners, who would pay first, with PTC settling later through them. This required close financial coordination, clarity and follow-through throughout the execution cycle.

What Thumb360 Delivered

Thumb360 handled the project end to end, taking ownership across planning, coordination, execution and commercial administration.

Our scope included:

  • Stall booking and securing the space at a high-demand event
  • Stall concept development and design
  • Creative adaptation and branding integration for PTC and its partners
  • Coordination with partners for their brand presence and marketing requirements
  • Managing approvals across stakeholders
  • Vendor coordination for production and on-ground execution
  • Installation and setup of the 64 sq. m. exhibition stall
  • Visitor and participant badge coordination
  • Registration support for customers and participants visiting the booth
  • Managing stall access and participant limitations
  • Coordination of payments with vendors, Aero India and execution partners

The Approach

Given the late start and the high-pressure booking environment, the project demanded fast decisions, continuous follow-up and disciplined coordination from start to finish.

Thumb360 worked as the central execution and coordination partner, ensuring that multiple moving parts came together seamlessly. This included monitoring stall availability, acting quickly to secure space, aligning all partners on brand presence, supporting marketing material needs, managing design approvals, and keeping the production and vendor ecosystem on track.

The focus was not only on building an attractive stall, but on creating a space that reflected PTC’s technology-led positioning while giving each partner visible representation within a clean and cohesive environment.

The Solution

The final stall was designed as a bold, modern and open exhibition environment that gave PTC clear brand leadership while accommodating partner presence in a structured and professional manner.

The booth featured:

  • Strong PTC brand visibility through a prominent illuminated overhead structure
  • Integrated branding for Cadopt, Sonepar and MicroGenesis
  • Dedicated communication zones for partner messaging
  • Display screens and demo-ready areas
  • Open interaction space for conversations and engagement
  • A premium visual treatment that elevated presence despite budget constraints

The result was a stall that felt spacious, branded, contemporary and aligned to the technical and industrial nature of the event.

Outcome

Despite the late brief, limited budget and multi-stakeholder complexity, Thumb360 successfully delivered PTC’s Aero India 2025 participation from stall booking through final execution.

The project enabled PTC and its partners to establish a strong and credible exhibition presence at a highly competitive industry event, while ensuring smooth coordination across branding, logistics, registration, vendors and commercial workflows.

Most importantly, the client and partner teams were happy with the outcome, validating both the quality of execution and the strength of coordination delivered by Thumb360.

Why This Project Matters

This project is a strong example of Thumb360’s ability to manage more than just physical event execution. It demonstrates our capability to handle high-pressure timelines, complex stakeholder environments, tight budgets, and end-to-end exhibition delivery without compromising on presence or professionalism.

When the brief is late, the process is complex, and the stakes are high, execution discipline makes all the difference.Start writing here...
