We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, street-smart Sales Intern who’s hungry to learn, quick to act, and obsessed with cracking deals. This is not a sit-back-and-observe internship — you’ll be thrown into the game from Day 1. You’ll research, prospect, pitch, follow up, and help onboard independent homestays, villas, and resorts into the TeraStay ecosystem.


This is a full-stack sales internship — from research to relationship-building. You’ll get your hands on expeience  and your pitch sharp  as you help grow TeraStay’s property partner network.

Responsibilities

  • Understand TeraStay’s business model, services, and onboarding process
  • Identify potential properties via market research and OTA analysis
  • Qualify leads and build a prospect pipeline using structured criteria
  • Call, email, and message property owners to pitch TeraStay’s value
  • Conduct online demos and property onboarding presentations
  • Follow up rigorously and handle objections like a pro
  • Coordinate in-person visits when needed and document every interaction
  • Work closely with the core team to refine sales scripts and CRM tracking


Ideal Candidate

  • Recent graduates or
    final year students
  • Strong communication skills (both English & regional languages)
  • Analytical thinker with a curious mind and market awareness
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM tools
  • Relentless follow-up energy — you don’t give up after the first no
  • Comfortable speaking with property owners and decision-makers
  • Willing to travel locally for meetings 
    (travel allowance provided)
  • Passion for travel, hospitality, or start-ups is a big bonus!

Location: Bengaluru Urban, KA, India
Type: Full-time, On-site Internship (No WFH/Hybrid)
Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Stipend: ₹8,000/month + Performance based incentives
