Who Can Apply

  • Students currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism.

  • Individuals interested in building a career in Digital Marketing, Technology Integration, or Revenue Management within the hospitality sector.

  • Curious, tech-savvy individuals who love analyzing travel trends, social media content, and guest engagement strategies.

A stipend of ₹8,000 per month will be provided to the deserving interns.

Work Details:

  • Location: You will work from office at Hebbal Kempapura
  • Duration: 3-4 months
  • Location: Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week

What You’ll Learn

This internship gives you real-world exposure to hospitality, marketing, and technology.

  •  Understand how digital marketing drives occupancy for resorts and homestays.
  •  Learn about hotel booking engines, channel managers, and property management systems (PMS).
  •  Gain hands-on experience with social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and content creation.
  •  Learn revenue management fundamentals — pricing, yield strategies, and distribution.
  •  Work with real property data to understand digital performance metrics and reporting.
  •  Participate in campaign planning, email marketing, and OTA optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Exposure to multiple resort brands managed by TeraStay across India.

  •  Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns for partner properties.
  •  Curate and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  •  Help analyze campaign performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, and ROI.
  •  Support the setup of property websites, booking engines, and OTA listings.
  •  Research market trends, competitor strategies, and local travel experiences.
  •  Coordinate with design and content teams for property promotions and seasonal campaigns.
