Key Account Management Intern

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-obsessed Key Account Intern who can juggle tasks, solve problems, and keep both partners and platforms happy. Once a property is onboarded, you’ll be their go-to support — managing their pricing, availability, content, queries, OTA updates, and performance tracking across platforms.
You’ll be the heartbeat between property owners and platforms, ensuring things run like clockwork and targets are met. If you love checklists, dashboards, clear communication, and getting things done, we’re waiting for you.
Responsibilities
- Update property pricing, availability, offers, and content on OTAs (airbnb, agoda, etc)
- Monitor and respond to partner queries and OTA platform alerts
- Troubleshoot content or listing errors, and coordinate with OTA support if needed
- Track daily performance – bookings, cancellations, reviews, etc.
- Maintain rate parity and flag revenue leakages or inventory issues
- Build weekly performance reports and suggest optimizations
- Follow up with property owners for photos, seasonal rates, feedback, etc.
- Support the Sales/Onboarding team with handover & smooth transition
Ideal Candidate

Recent graduates or
final year students - Strong communication skills (both English & regional languages)
- Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
- Proficiency using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools
- Loves working with platforms, processes, and property teams
- Comfortable speaking with property owners and decision-makers
- Takes ownership and follows through till the task is done
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and start-ups is a big bonus!

Type: Full-time, On-site Internship (No WFH/Hybrid)
Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Stipend: ₹8,000/month + Performance based incentives
