We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Reservation & MIS Executive who loves precision, patterns, and performance. You’ll be the nerve center connecting bookings, analytics, and revenue — keeping our occupancy strong and our reports spotless.

This role blends the art of guest coordination with the science of data. If Excel sheets excite you as much as guest feedback does — this one’s for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage room inventory and rates across OTAs and the PMS.
  • Handle direct booking confirmations, pre-arrival coordination, and guest communications.
  • Maintain daily reports: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking source trends.
  • Monitor campaign ROI and rate performance analytics.
  • Support the sales team with data-driven insights and forecasts.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and parity across all online platforms.

Ideal Candidate

  • Students or recent graduates in Hotel Management or Tourism.
  • Graduate in Hospitality, Commerce, or Business Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with PMS and OTA dashboards (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Team player with good communication and presentation skills.
