Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Graphic Designer Intern to join our TeraXP events team. In this role, you will focus on designing visuals for events—from concept to execution. You will create 2D collateral as well as 3D visualizations for stage designs, exhibition stalls, product banners, signage, and other event elements.
This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced events industry. You will work closely with senior designers and event managers, bringing creative concepts to life for corporate clients. It is a full-time, in-office internship with a 6-day work week, and high-performing candidates may be offered a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- • Create 2D designs for event collateral: backdrops, banners, signage, invitations, brochures, and digital screens.
- • Develop 3D visualizations for stage designs, exhibition stalls, product display units, and event layouts.
- • Assist in producing rendered views of event setups to help clients visualize the final look.
- • Collaborate with the event management team to understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- • Prepare production-ready files for printing, fabrication, and digital displays.
- • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and event themes.
- • Work under guidance to deliver multiple design projects within tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Event Design, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
- • Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for 2D design.
- • Basic knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or AutoCAD (any one).
- • A portfolio showcasing 2D design work and, if available, 3D event or spatial design (academic or personal projects accepted).
- • Understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, composition, and spatial awareness.
- • Ability to visualize event spaces and translate concepts into practical designs.
- • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- • Comfortable working from office 6 days a week.
Nice to have
- • Experience with rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Keyshot, etc.) for realistic visualization.
- • Knowledge of production processes for event materials (printing, fabrication, materials).
- • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing for event promotional content.
- • Prior internship or freelance experience in event design, exhibition design, or stage design.
- • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
