We’re hiring Bell Desk Attendants who take pride in making every guest arrival and departure effortless.
Responsibilities
- Manage room inventory and rates across OTAs and the PMS.
- Welcome guests and handle luggage with utmost care.
- Escort guests to rooms and ensure a smooth first impression.
- Maintain lobby presentation and assist with messages or deliveries.
- Coordinate with the concierge for transfers and special requests.
- Inform guests about property facilities and ongoing offers.
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate / diploma in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism.
- 12th pass or diploma in hospitality with good communication skills
- Courteous, energetic, and physically fit.
- Basic English and local language proficiency.
- Punctual and team-oriented attitude.
