Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketer + Content Creator to join our core team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, while also creating high-quality content for websites, social media, and marketing collateral. You will work closely with the strategy, design, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive brand communication and campaign success.
This is a full-time, in-office role with a 6-day work week. We value a data-driven mindset, creative storytelling, and the ability to manage end-to-end marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns for Thumb360 and its clients.
- • Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions), and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
- • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy development to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and emerging advertising trends.
- • Create compelling website content (landing pages, service pages, blogs) optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- • Develop social media content (captions, posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- • Perform quality control (QC) of content and design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence before publishing.
- • Collaborate with the design team to provide clear creative briefs and feedback on visuals.
- • Work with the strategy team to align marketing campaigns with client objectives and overall business goals.
- • Analyze content performance and campaign data to refine messaging and creative direction.
- • Assist in managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.
Qualifications & Skills
- • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- • Proven experience in content creation for websites and social media (writing, editing, basic content structuring).
- • Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.), and conversion tracking.
- • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- • Comfortable working from office 6 days a week.
Good to Have (Added Advantage)
- • Experience with YouTube Ads and video content strategy.
- • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- • Understanding of design QC processes and ability to provide constructive feedback to designers.
- • Prior experience working with agency or hospitality clients.
