At this boutique getaway just outside Bengaluru, you’ll orchestrate arrivals, departures, and everything in between — blending precision, poise, and people skills that define exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out, billing, and guest coordination.
- Maintain guest records and handle reservation requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B for room readiness.
- Respond to OTA and direct inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Assist with guest reviews, feedback collection, and marketing updates.
Ideal Candidate
- Hotel Management graduate or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in PMS software and Microsoft Office
- Friendly, well-groomed, and fluent in English.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
