At this boutique getaway just outside Bengaluru, you’ll orchestrate arrivals, departures, and everything in between — blending precision, poise, and people skills that define exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage check-in/check-out, billing, and guest coordination.
  • Maintain guest records and handle reservation requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B for room readiness.
  • Respond to OTA and direct inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Assist with guest reviews, feedback collection, and marketing updates.

Ideal Candidate

  • Hotel Management graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in PMS software and Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and fluent in English.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
