We’re looking for warm, confident, and guest-obsessed individuals ready to bring the art of hospitality to life. You’ll be the face of a boutique hill resort surrounded by coffee estates and misty mornings - welcoming guests, handling check-ins, and ensuring every stay feels effortless.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and assist during check-in/check-out
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and concierge to deliver seamless experiences.
- Manage guest records, billing, and reservations using PMS tools.
- Capture guest stories, photos, and feedback for social media and marketing.
- Support in-house events, coffee tastings, or local experience sessions.
- Handle guest queries, transfers, and requests with prompt communication.
Ideal Candidate
- Students or recent graduates in Hotel Management or Tourism.
- Excellent communication skills (English + regional language).
- Passionate about hospitality, travel, and guest delight.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Suite).
- Calm under pressure, punctual, and always ready to help.
- Willing to stay on-site during training period (accommodation provided).
