Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and curious Digital Marketing Intern
Who wants to build a holistic understanding of digital marketing across all core pillars!
This is a 3-month structured internship program designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on exposure across all core pillars of digital marketing.
This internship follows a structured learning approach, where you will be systematically introduced to key areas such as branding, content creation, performance marketing, web tools, and client servicing. You may begin with strength in one domain, but through guided training and real project involvement, you will progressively build cross-functional expertise.
Throughout the program, you will work closely with experienced team members and mentors, gaining practical experience on live projects while developing a strong foundation in both creative and performance-driven marketing.
By the end of the 3 months, the objective is to equip you with the skills, understanding, and confidence required to operate as a well-rounded digital marketing professional.
Core Learning & Pillars
1. Branding & Design Systems
Assist in creating and maintaining brand identity assets, including:
- Logo design concepts
- Typography systems (primary & secondary fonts)
- Color palettes with usage guidelines
- Business collateral (business cards, letterheads, signboards)

Work with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) to develop marketing creatives
2. Web Development & CMS Tools
- Support website updates and landing page creation using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Odoo)

Learn fundamentals of UX, UI, and conversion optimization
3. Content Creation & Quality Control (QC)
- Create website content (landing pages, blogs, service pages)
- Develop social media content (posts, captions, reels, stories)
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables for brand consistency and accuracy
4. Business Account Setup & Digital Infrastructure
Gain hands-on exposure to setting up and managing complete digital ecosystems:
- Google My Business (GMB)
- Google Analytics, Google Ads & Google Tag
- Meta Business Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- YouTube Channel setup
- WhatsApp Business
- LinkedIn Company Page
- Payment integrations (e.g., Razorpay)
5. Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing
- Assist in structuring and running campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Understand campaign architecture and audience targeting
- Learn A/B testing, budget allocation, and optimization techniques
- Support advanced tracking setups and analytics implementation
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- Assist in generating reports with actionable insights
6. Client Servicing & Coordination
- Assist in client communication and requirement gathering
- Support proposal writing and presentation creation
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to ensure smooth execution
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Assist in content, creatives, and branding deliverables
- Work on account setups, tracking, and optimization
- Analyze performance and contribute insights
- Maintain timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Support client servicing activities, including reporting, documentation, and internal coordination
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic experience or skills in at least one Domain
(design, content, ads, or web) - Willingness to learn - Ask a lot of Questions.

- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working from the office 6 days a week.
