As Front Office & Sales Manager, you’ll oversee guest experience, drive occupancy, and build corporate partnerships for a premium resort that blends serenity with sophistication. We’re looking for a dynamic Front Office & Sales Manager who can balance hospitality finesse with commercial drive. You’ll lead the guest experience while building strong local partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all front office and guest service operations.
- Handle escalations and maintain service standards.
- Conduct B2B/B2C sales calls and corporate tie-ups.
- Manage rate plans, promotions, and occupancy targets.
- Mentor and train front office team members.
- Collaborate with marketing for social content and review management.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years of hospitality experience with team leadership exposure.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of PMS, OTAs, and revenue management basics.
- Self-driven and customer-centric personality.
