Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for aspiring designers who want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with our senior designers and marketing teams to create visuals for digital campaigns, brand assets, and events.
This is a full-time, in-office internship with a 6-day work week. It offers a strong learning opportunity, mentorship, and a clear path to a full-time role for high-performing candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- • Assist in creating social media creatives (static and animated) for Thumb360, TeraStay, TeraXP, and client brands.
- • Support the design team in developing brand identity assets such as logos, brochures, and presentations.
- • Help produce design materials for corporate events (backdrops, invitations, signage, etc.).
- • Assist in short-form video edits for social media, client testimonials, and event highlights.
- • Collaborate with the strategy and content teams to ensure designs meet campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- • Manage multiple design tasks and deliver within deadlines under guidance.
- • Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- • Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- • Familiarity with design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
- • A portfolio (academic or personal projects) demonstrating design skills.
- • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
- • Comfortable working from office 6 days a week.
Good to Have (Added Advantage)
- • Experience with Canva, CorelDRAW, or other design tools.
- • Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- • Interest in motion graphics or animation.
- • Prior internship or freelance experience is a plus.
