1. Payment Terms

  • Standard Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified in a quote, proforma, or invoice, all payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Custom Payment Arrangements: If different payment terms are specified in the proposal or agreement, those terms will supersede the default terms. Clients are responsible for making timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
  • Late Payments: For any delayed payments, Thumb360 reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend ongoing services until payment is received in full. Repeated delays may result in modified payment terms for future services.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Thumb360 accepts payment through various secure channels, which will be specified in each invoice for your convenience. Please contact our accounts team for further details on available payment options.

3. Currency and Taxes

  • All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges as per local and national laws. Thumb360 invoices will specify any taxes levied as required by jurisdiction.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only under specific circumstances outlined in the client agreement or in the event of non-performance of agreed services.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@thumb360.com and will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • Any disputes related to the services or payments will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
  • All legal proceedings will be conducted in the English language.
