The Challenge
In September 2024, Mohnish Upadhyay approached Thumb360 as The Divine Valley neared completion. A previous agency was hired to handle the resort’s website, social media, marketing, booking engine, and channel manager but failed to deliver. As a result, the resort had no functioning website, OTA integrations, channel manager setup, or structured marketing. Branding was limited to just a logo and color palette, with no direct booking system in place.
